So, TSU v UAPB is a 3-year deal. Are there plans for UAPB to renew the contract? IF not, are there tentative opponents?
I would like to see UAPB remain in place. Its the best way to REBUILD the Classic which would result in attendance growth.
BUT IF NOT UAPB....then who?

Good question. I would love to get Bama State back on the schedule because they travel well but they are approximately 5 hours out. AAMU would be my next choice and they are only 4 hours out and then there is Alcorn State which is approximately 4 hours and 17 minutes out.

Just saw Joe and Tamia down here a couple of weeks ago. Tamia is amazing...she still sounds amazing and got that grown woman weight. Grant is a lucky man!

I'd like to see that classic keep going too. But with the cost of survival steady rising I'm wondering if they truly can pay us fair rate to stay involved. If we are at a point where it bringing opponents to Nashville offers a better long-term advantage.........business decisions.

😂😂 Big time! I was with a lady friend and even she had to give Tamia her flowers for how good she looked and sounded 😍. Grant mess up again, I’m headed straight for her DMs! 😌

The SHC needs both TSU and JSU to have the energy it once had. I'm just not sure what other combination would work successfully in Memphis long term other than TSU and JSU. I don't think Memphis is strong enough of a market to be a draw to not have one or both of those schools.
That being said, I'd rather see TSU and JSU in a home and home series to increase local fanbase interest.

Agreed. Though the game drew more than I expected last year. JSU/TSU makes the most sense. However, if JSU doesn't want back in and SU/Grambling are not an option, UAPB may make the most sense.
Definitely would like to see a JSU/TSU home & home series.

I was about to make a comment that all of our games were going to be broadcast except the SHC. I'll be sure to plug my laptop up to the television for this one.
