My feelings wouldn't be hurt if that WR and those Olinemen follow him.

White folks are at liberty to go where they feel welcome. Unfortunately far more than us. So if they look at as a meal ticket to step up and can make our team(s) more competitive in the process, I'm cool with it. If they go out looking for the best QB and of the ones willing to play for us, the best happens to lack pigmentation, so be it. To me it's more important that no matter who coaching or playing, that we the alumni and fans make they remember and acknowledge that they are representing an HBCU. Emphasis on the H & B. Win, lose, or draw the atmosphere around them needs to be "Tennessee State University HBCU" So when our profile starts to raise, we don't to hear about a "Taylor Swift" coming and creating a trend. It will be obvious to even the blind that they came to join "us". Now, this looks like a good hire. I got to do a little more research, but doesn't he have a QB in the NFL right now? I’d add that FAMU also had white offense and defense coordinators this year. Just Win Baby! So does, Savannah State [OC/ QB] Alcorn NCA&T NC Central South Carolina State Bethune Cookman "Co - OC Are White Coaches Welcome at Black Colleges? www.regalmag.com/sports/football/ncaa-football/are-white-coaches-welcome-at-black-colleges/#:~:text=White%20coaches%20like%20Alcorn%20State%E2%80%99s%20Jay%20Hopson%20have,American%20Blacks%20are%20used%20to%20dealing%20with%20racism.

This hire certainly adds optimism to the potential of our program. If he can spread our recruiting into the corn belt states and get some of those big cornfed linemen it'll do wonders for our program.

Hell everything TSU Fb puts out on social media made by that white boy AQUINNDESIGN, his comment said he’s graduating with his masters from TSU.

I hope we can get into the homes of those corn-fed athletes in the upper Midwest!! I would not be surprised if he is the future head coach of TSU once EG moves up into an administrative position. (SPECULATION)

Interesting, he coached FBs and TEs in addition to being the O.C. Wonder does he keep those same duties on our staff. Brewster is listed as the TE coach, but I feel like he's slid over to O-Line coach (have not confirmed). I definitely see us getting more FBs and TEs. If not during signing day; then in the portal when it opens back up. I like that he said in this interview about keeping his offense simple and multiple. Multiple in sets, formations, shifts, etc. Make it easy for your players and harder on the opposing defense. I also like an offense that can be explosive, yet play ball control. That's the biggest thing I look forward to with this hire. Cutting down turnovers, scoring more points, making adjustments, and keeping the opposing defense off balance. Excited to see the new offense. Off topic, I'm hoping our punter can get more distance on his punts. I think field position hurt us a lot last year as well.
