I wonder where Chicago State will finally land for Football (once they start a program) and Basketball... They have had to shut down the basketball season more than once due to lack of finances. I have no idea how they think they can fund football...

We probably should have been hopping on that train with a men and women team. The question is, will TSU start a men and women Soccer Team. And how much money it will cost to fund the programs. It is just odd to be in a conference and not participate in more sports than the conference has to offer. TSU is just doing the minimum on sports. What are we doing? Chicago St. slowly sliding in the door. If the OVC picked up another Midwest school, it would make sense for Chicago St. to come on in as a full member. As far as TSU adding soccer, I imagine that would be held up by the same thing that's holding up hockey and the new basketball facility. I don't what that is, but if you got outside people ready to put down some money and nothing is happening.......WTF? Unless there is a change. I was told the Covington Basketball Facility is questionable. TSU as a university, need to stop depending on others. If Soccer, is added "Just Do It" I can see it taking the back seat. What happened to all the fanfare about Baseball - Is the money questionable or the project itself?

I was just saying money, because typically TSU number one problem is the lack of funds. Just charge a few dollars more with activity fees.

I think WIU brings value, but we really are going north, aren’t we!? Like I said, I’m good with this, but south is where it’s at.

Not excited, but not upset. Long as we beat them when it's our turn to play.
