Deion, now want to be the Band Director! He need to stay in his corner as long as he is there. Jus do your job and focus on the progress of the Football program.
He has never lived in Boulder and does not know the people or culture of the State. He is not in Jackson, Mississippi!

Honestly, I think for Deion to max out his potential, he needed to be at an FBS school with more resources. Not a shot to JSU, because I liked Coach Prime at JSU. However, I think he and his doubters needed to see him succeed on the highest level. For now, I think he's trying to get more Black coaches to the FBS level while proving he can win a national title. Then I could see him taking a NFL job...on his way to the front office.
It's been electric to watch Colorado this season. I think the next two week will show the job is not done yet. However, he has CU ahead of schedule.

My honest opinion...every move he's made was to get Shedeur to the league. Truthfully, I can't be upset with it. If it wasn't for that, he'd still probably be at JSU.
I really believe he could have elevated HBCU football had he stayed. That said, him leaving has opened the door for TSU to move into that spot. We need to capitalize.
