Let us all remember that alumni had a letter writing complaint against Dr. Johnson.
Alumni still refer to Dr. Hefner as a sellout.
Criticism of the president has always been there.
Since we are no longer under the TBR, we are getting exposed on bad leadership.
Dr. Johnson and Dr. Hefner were significantly better leaders than Dr glover.
The board refuses to govern here and they do simple minded stuff.
No one is campaigning to get her out of office so the state intervening.
She never had a plan to grow the schools. She us just there occupying space.

And my last and final point and I’ll digress; TSU cannot and is not responsible for housing all of its students. I think it would be great if they did, but it’s not feasible. What makes it a problem at TSU is because so many low income students need it. For instance… One of the main reasons my girls decided not to attend Howard was because on-campus housing is not guaranteed after their freshman year. Even though they both received scholarships, I am thankful that my daughters are thoughtful enough to know that paying for off-campus housing in their latter years, was going to put a hurting on a brothas wallet. Even at FAMU, my oldest was going to have to move off campus until she received an RA position. Most upperclassmen at FAMU were off-campus. With the building of several new dorms, some are able to move back on campus. Dr Glover and her the board thinks that is their mission. Keep kids in school at all cost. THey dont want to turn people away. They keep repeating at those board meetings. They don't what they are doing. This is why we are in trouble with the State. Something is going to have to give.

As 50 stated and we all has discussed this before. And no one can blame the SBR or Legislators. I do remember Dr's Hefner, Floyd Hump and knew about the lack of funding and tried to secure the funding.Dr. Floyd, was able to secure funding for the underground utilities, Floyd-Payne Center and other improvement. He had a good working relationship with Gov., Ned Ray.
Since we are no longer under the TBR, we are getting exposed on bad leadership.
Dr. Johnson and Dr. Hefner were significantly better leaders than Dr glover.
The board refuses to govern here and they do simple minded stuff.

For more information, please go to the end of the board meeting where Dr Glover explains how they will make a proposal to the state. They are wanting to a five-year plan to retrieve the 2.1 billion. This is to be the 1st of 5 payments if the state approves.
