Earlier this afternoon I received a phone call from TSU thanking me for being a season ticket(s) holder. That was surprising. That has never happened before. To make it even more special it was a football player making the call. It was freshman LB Caden Marshall. It felt good.

That's awesome! Hopefully I'll receive mine as well.

I want my call too!! LOL
Does anyone know how many have been sold? It would be nice (although it would require transparency; something that's never been a strong point of TSU) to have an official season ticket drive with a set goal for number sold and a tracker of where we are in the drive. That may help the numbers; it certainly can't hurt.

You know that’s too much like right. Although they didn’t promote a challenge last year, they did announce an amount sold.
But like you, I don’t understand why they don’t market that strategy. It’s a good one. Challenge the people, and make it transparent.

It’s a good one. Challenge the people, and make it transparent. EXACTLY. As the old saying goes, "closed mouths don't get fed". If you want to achieve anything, you set tangible goals with measurable benchmarks. Make it known, you're trying to sell 1,500 season tickets, 2,500 season tickets, whatever (if that's the goal), and then keep a running total. Give away t-shirts for the 100th 200th, 300th, etc. buyer. I'm not the marketing expert but try something.Same with the on-campus stadium (if that's really the goal, which I'm not convinced). If you're serious about it, start the campaign with a specific amount and time frame. It may not work, but it has a better chance to work than not doing anything...

Make sure you can access your tickets via the app.
Apparently ticketmaster had a security breach and the app on occassions will not allow users to verify their email with a one time code to access tickets, so the TSU ticket office will have to get you back in.
