Roar City Tours are dynamic roadshow events that annually bring our athletics department closer to our esteemed alumni in cities nationwide. It is a collaborative effort between Tennessee State Athletics and the Tennessee State University National Alumni Association. These engaging gatherings offer a diverse range of activities, including autograph sessions, memorable photo opportunities, interactive Q&A segments, delightful family entertainment, exciting games, chances to win prizes, and a delectable array of food options. Each event will also have exclusive opportunities and more information on 2023 Tennessee State football & basketball season tickets and membership to the Tennessee State Athletic Fund will be available at the events. Making the trip to Birmingham will include head football coach Eddie George and members of his staff, head men's basketball coach Brian "Penny" Collins, head women's basketball coach Ty Evans, head volleyball coach Donika Sutton, director of track and field Chandra Cheeseborough-Guice, as well as TSU's director of men's and women's tennis Todd Smith, and director of men's and women's golf Parrish McGrath.
