If all the "Commitments" attend TSU, in 2024. Will this create a problem with some of the current players that decides not to transfer.
Players don't wan to be RS, most think they are good enough to start.
Headed to the Campus today to see if there are any up grades to Gentry.

We’re losing 6 seniors/grad players next year. There’s plenty of room in the roster.

I like this kid’s game. He plays hard and relentless. He’s not rated by any recruiting services, and I don’t think he’s a legit 6’6, but his girth and play will keep him on the court.

I watched Jones a couple of times on TV. True, he plays hard. Glad to see TSU paying more attention / recruiting local players. Still would like to see them go after Jayden Jones, at Goodpasture. His sister is a student at TSU, played at FISK and East - something happened at FISK, she lost interest in the game.
On campus yesterday, nothing happening - just a lot of work on most of the "Building Roofs"
I did notice UA on the lower part of the part of the score board.

Looking at his tape it’s hard to see him at the two. The video rarely shows him making decisions off the dribble and taking perimeter shots. I think he’ll play the 3 position at best. Unless, of course, Penny’s team can improve his perimeter game.

Verbal commits doesn't always get the position right. But they are pretty reliable about the status of: committed, signed, enrolled, etc. I wish there was an accurate site for football commits. 247 is hit or miss for FCS commits and signees.

Yep. I feel the same way about 247Sports for basketball. We never got credit for signing Mark Freeman, who is Penny’s highest rated signee outside of ZZ Clark. And the way ZZ is declining this summer, according to 247Sports, Mark may still be. To make suggest corrections, you have to be a member of the site, which I’ll never pay for.

ZZ Clark has reopened his recruitment. As many thought he would.

ZZ Clark has reopened his recruitment. As many thought he would. That's why I don't get excited about some of these commitments! Don't mean nothing until they are enrolled in school!

Michael Folarin has had a few stops. Enrolled at Eastern Washington in the summer of 2021, but quickly transferred to Nevada, where he averaged 2.0 points per game in the 2021-22 season. There are no stats for him for the 2022-23 season. He entered the portal again in April 2023.
