Dag 120, you really be in your negative bag when it comes to TSU. I understand telling him to explore his horizons, but telling him to never look back…wow.

Dag 120, you really be in your negative bag when it comes to TSU. I understand telling him to explore his horizons, but telling him to never look back…wow. No not negative, Josh wanted to remain and coach at TSU. He was not given the opportunity to remain as part of the staff. Not looking back in the sense, he has a bright future in coaching, sometimes "we" become to comfortable at home. So I just said move on, don't look back, pave your own way and don't become part of the "Recycled HBCU Coaching Circle - Mentality" If TSU in the future would hire him as a head coach, he would bring experience beyond TSU. Go and learn how other programs operate, recruit, raise money. Hopefully, he has learned some things that he can use in the long run. I am TSU 100%, but lets be honest, TSU has not always been the best place to coach. TSU want the best, but not willing to invest in facilities or coaches, except for certain sports. The AD, mentioned "Investing" we have yet to see it happen in women sports.
