I didn’t see it in the article, but looking at the last match, it needed to be done unfortunately.
The setter is the most important piece on the court. Depending how she plays and get hitters into position determines the level and play style of the team.

Looking at the stats from the last two matches, with the new setter, the offense looks 100% better.
