They have a lot of work to do. Communication on the court seems to be an issue. They also need to work on their set-up strategy. Way too many times when they could've put a shot away ended up with balls that were simply pooched over the net. Gotta know when to kill it. And accuracy in those spike hits needs work as well. Also need to work on player positioning. During both the Stanford and Lipscomb matches there were times that almost the entire team was up around the net, literally leaving the rest of the court open for winner.

I think setting is an issue. They did not get enough kills last year and they are not getting enough kills this year.
