He probably could be an immediate contributor. But looking at the number of schools and sudden portal entrance, I'm wondering what baggage is he carrying.

Yeah, I couldn't see any other reason to transfer this late. Hard to argue if he's walking into immediate playing time at Michigan.

UTM may not want to say it, but seems like he may have been recruited behind the scenes. Like Funkie mentioned...you don't transfer this late unless you know you're walking into playing time.
