I do not believe that the program is much better to be honest. The program has had one winning season (2007) since it was started in 1994 and has a sub .250 winning percentage overall.

Well, a 15-39 (.384) win percentage is better than our average. It is the second best season since 2014. Definitely not where we want to be, but better than we were.
