I see they have Austin Peay on their schedule.
That should really be a TSU/AAMU game. 
IF you have to ask why, just....nevermind.

I wonder if A&M can see the value in playing TSU home and home.. But they have plenty others team they can cultivate into a rival. TSU should be a no brainer to start the season but money is what they are going for.

Right now, probably doesn't add much more to them than playing AP. Now if we start winning more regularly and able to put more money on the table then we can make difference to them.

TSU should be a no brainer to start the season but money is what they are going for. There was a home and home until TSU wanted the game in Nashville for multiple years. Not sure that falls on AAMU. I would not have agreed to that if I was them either. However, it would be nice to have them for a home and home as a first or last game rival. I prefer AAMU as our last game rival if JSU remains as one of our first two/three games of the season. |

I don't think it has to be either narrative. I game makes sense for both. It just has to be respectful. Home and home makes sense. I don't think trying to make them come to nashville every year makes sense.
