Brian Flores is taking a big risk with his career, but he wants to things to be done the right way, which is why the former Dolphins head coach has filed a class action lawsuit against the NFL and multiple teams, including the Giants and Dolphins, alleging racial discrimination, per Alex Weprin.

Among the many things he is alleging is the Denver Broncos giving him a sham interview just so they could comply with the rooney rule that all teams had to interview a minority candidate.
