SWAC athletes rank ahead of FBS conferences in NIL endorsement revenue Southwestern Athletic Conference athletes are among the nation's top-compensated athletes in the era of Name, Image and Likeness. Since the NCAA passed a ground-breaking NIL bill that allows college athletes to be compensated in July, the SWAC has brought in the 11th-most NIL-related revenue , according to Opendorse, a company that aims to maximize endorsement value for athletes. The SEC, which features Mississippi State and Ole Miss, ranks third, and Conference USA, which features Southern Miss, ranks 10th. The Big Ten ranks first. The SWAC ranks second among non-FBS programs, behind Division II Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association at ninth. The Mid-American Conference and Sun Belt are FBS leagues that rank behind the SWAC www.clarionledger.com/story/sports/college/jackson-state/2021/09/10/swacs-nil-compensation-better-than-several-fbs-conferences/5719249001/

I wonder which school(s) are leading individually? I'm not sure the schools get anything out of it. I think it's all about a players marketability and that comes down to productivity mostly. Either way it's a win win no matter what "school" is leading.
