A beast, should be in the Hall of Fame.
I remember when he pledged Omega, he look like a giant with the gold boots.

Are you saying because they are/were scared of him?

Ohhh...I was reading he boxed in high school (along with playing other sports). Didn't realize he boxed after his days with the Cowboy. I agree that's not a valid reason to leave him out of the Hall of Fame!

IMO, the NFL HOF, Sports Writers and others has always had issues with TSU - the number of HOF from TSU. A former Golden Gloves fighter in Tennessee, Jones would fight six professional bouts as a heavyweight, with a perfect 6–0 record and five knockouts.[6] Due to his high profile as a football player, all of Jones' fights were televised nationally by CBS. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ed_%22Too_Tall%22_Jones

As I recall, he became an even more tenacious football player when he returned to football. It was evident in the use of his hands and his quickness.
