Are either of those going to be broadcast? Good question. For Valley to move a home game off campus, it had to be for a good reason. Whether it be playing in a bigger venue, tv broadcast, recruiting etc. I think playing in Jackson should help get more recruits to the game as well.

They do it all the time when they have an opportunity for a larger pay day.

Sounds like a good weekend for Jackson.
If I'm not mistaken, MVSU has moved games to Vets Mem Stadium before vs Alcorn State?

If that is the case, kind of surprised they chose to move the Southern game to Jackson and leave the JSU game in Itta Bena. Seems like JSU would probably provide the biggest crowd in Jackson.

As stated in the article, the "city" of Jackson is hosting the game. So I'm sure they are footing the bill for travel and other cost for MVSU. As for the JSU game. There's nothing stopping that game from being moved if the opportunity presents itself.
