Not dead. Just a harder sell to say the least. "IF" the MLB deal moves forward with TSU, that would be the catalyst to development of the TSU land and more development in that general area. As we discussed previously, there are a lot of risks to build on that land in terms of flooding. That can be addressed, but it will be very expensive and it'll need to be done in developmental costs because TSU certainly can't afford to do it. Keep in mind what Nashville is wanting to do along the East Bank has nothing to do with TSU. So, try not to link the two. For those who might find it interesting to read more about the Vision of the East Bank you can see the full plan here Imagine East Bank VisionIf you go to page 16 you'll see how the area around Nissan Stadium will be transformed if a new stadium is built in the current parking lot east of the existing stadium or if the existing stadium remains, what they envision for the area.

Never mind…I just figured it out. It’s the area where the stadium is, correct?

LOL...yeah, I had to think of the Nashville layout. The Cumberland River makes a lot of twist and turns within the city that I had to think about it.
