I have a question about the incoming FBS transfers and it may be a little controversial... With many of these FBS transfers, they haven't played an in-game snap since high school, is that something we should be worried about? Love all of the talent, especially on defense Good Question. Iโd say we should have better depth and our floor from a talent perspective will be higher than a year ago. Now will we have players that are impact makers on day one, specifically on offense? TBD I guess the good thing with the FBS transfers, especially like the Iowa State transfer...he's been in a major D1 (I suppose) strength and conditioning program, meal and nutrition plan and has practiced against Big 12 players for all of these years. You're basically counting on those things translating to our level; plus, on the O Line we simply just needed more bodies.

I think we might've brought in some really good ones. I'm especially excited about Atuatasi

His brother (not sure if they are twins or not) is also in the portal and is a defensive back. I wonder if we are offering both, and are they looking to go together. So far, it doesn't look like any school has offered both of them...

Rose, would be a great addition to the backfield. Univ. South Carolina - Kilgore college Rivals.com gives him four stars and ranks him as the 23rd-best safety. In addition to Penn State and Arizona, he also counts LSU, Texas A&M, Tennessee, Michigan, Mississippi State and Pittsburgh among his offers. Got into some trouble at USC with two other players Monteque Rhames and Cameron Upshaw [Garden City JUCO] garnetandcocky.com/2023/05/23/south-carolina-football-suspended-freshman-gone/

Well, at least we know he's good enough for us! Would he really play at LSU or just be a uniform on the sidelines?

Right, does he want the P5 name or an actual chance at playing [/quote] I don't think Brian Kelly really likes playing the NIL game, so I think he's looking for kids who want to be at LSU more than they want NIL.
