Yeah, Funkie is right. Besides, JSU has tried a few times in the past to get out of the SHC, now they are out - let them go. They are the one's tht thought they were bigger than life when they hired Prime.
What did I say on some previous post, they will come running. If I was in the position to to say yes or no to JSU, I would tell them TSU have a three year contract to play UAPB and they will have to get in line.
Tell JSU t contact Prime, maybe he will schedule a game with Colorado.
Everyone know my opinion of JSU!

Well the interesting part is, NDSU plays Colorado in one of the upcoming seasons from what I heard (I didn't take the time to confirm). So NDSU will have their date with Coach Prime.
Outside of the JSU trolls, I didn't hear any of them saying they didn't want to play TSU. Deion pointed out, he didn't think the contract payout matched what JSU brought to the game. And he was right.
For years, posters on here begged TSU to get out of that contract. A home and home is what everyone wanted...so maybe I missed the Twitter war of words. But from the tweet that was posted, I agree. A home and home with JSU would've been better in terms of attendance and bringing our big games back to Nashville.
Lastly, why can't we have both. I would love a home and home with both JSU and NDSU. The goal is not to win a twitter war of words, but to put TSU in the best place. That home game would be great to bring recruits to Nissan without the bottom bowl being empty. I'm thinking about TSU, the trolls can stay on the web.

I'll say this...when the announcement was officially made, I saw a ton of NDSU fans posting on Twitter that they definitely would make the trip to Nashville. Whether it's just talk remains to be seen.

And yes, if possible we absolutely should aim for a home and home with JSU. FAMU too. That's just what the doctor ordered in terms of re-energizing the fan base.

Agreed. I think NDSU will bring the most of any FCS PWI easily. Barring any melt down from dominance, I think they likely bring more than most HBCUs. JSU is the only one, I think for sure would bring more.
When I look outside of our 3/4 traditional rivals for annual games, NDSU would be towards the top of my wish list. I think their fans would love coming to Nashville. I'll admit, this is the first time I think the city of Nashville helped lure in an opponent we may otherwise not have gotten for a home & home (I could be wrong).
Overall, I like what AD Allen has been able to do with locking in Notre Dame (and negotiating the higher payout) and this home & home with NDSU. I think he would've locked in A&T if they hadn't moved to the CAA. I know he's tried to get some of the traditional rivals back on the schedule, we'll see what comes of it...I think some of that is out of his hands.

I forgot NDSU has played MVSU 3 times before and I believe Delaware State too at some point.
It will be an interesting weekend when we play them in Nashville.

It's fake. In the article, there's a line in bold that states:

I got worried for a sec. Thinking we were going to have another Kennesaw State situation. Where a home and home is signed, we play at their place, but no return visit due to the opponent moving up.
