He starting to upset some people off now. But I agree with him. Some decisions are going to need to be made. I know a lot people want to all HBCUs to operate like Borg from startrek. But every school has its own plan. And if they don't all line up, well.......

STAY TUNED....as always hbcusports.com/2022/07/21/swac-commissioner-talks-future-conference-expansion-possible-fbs-move/ While the current NCAA bylaws don’t allow for an FCS conference to move into the FBS, McClelland indicated that the SWAC was “ hoping that there is a path forward” to consider a move, which has been part of the league’s 10 to 15-year strategic plan. “So through this new NCAA restructuring, we are hoping that there is going to be a path forward,” he said. “And I said this before, and I’ll be extremely clear on it, (is) to keep our schools together. And once we get to a certain point, if it is beneficial for us to move together, I will say unequivocally yes.” I JUST DO NOT SEE HOW THEY ACCOMPLISH GOING FBS KEEPING ALL SCHOOLS TOGETHER... SOONER OR LATER FAMU AND JSU MAY GO IT ALONE... (WITH TSU)

NO SHADE, but do yall see Mississippi Valley State competing on the FBS level? Well sir, that is exactly why I don't subscribe to the idea of every swac school going fbs at the same time. Not saying it's impossible. But there are probably a handful of swac schools that should probably be reconsidering remaining D1

If his team looks even better this year, he's going to talk even more. I'm interested to see what moves will be made due to his yakking.

NO SHADE, but do yall see Mississippi Valley State competing on the FBS level? They arguably have one of the 5 best coaches in the HBCU ranks in Coach Dancy. That dude can make vodka out of kool-aid. But from a financial standpoint, of course not.
